Since the inception of Kim’s career into the Real Estate industry, she has played an integral role in the leasing and management of a diverse array of product including office, industrial, office/flex, retail and residential. SVN’s Master Insurance Program (MIP) leverage the nationwide buying power of SVN property management clients throughout the United States to provide extremely broad insurance protection at a cost that is far below what any individual owner could otherwise negotiate on their own.

PROGRAM FEATURES

Property & rental income limits are blanketed.  This means that we take the sum of values for all properties insured, and these become your coverage limits for any one occurrence.

Program provides full coverage (no sub-limits) for code enforcement coverage and eve provides coverage for “Down zoning” claims.

This applies if current code prohibits rebuilding or requires you to rebuild a smaller building after a loss occurs.

Includes coverage for:

  • Tenant Relocation
  • Tenant Replacement
  • Crisis Management
  • Increased Real Estate Tax Assessment

 

Optional coverage’s for:

  • Flood
  • Earthquake
  • Your choice of property deductible

 

Property coverage:
